Security update checking

Hi all!

I'm about to perform an audit regarding Oracle Enterprise Linux 6 servers (with uek). My question is how can I determine that the latest updates have been installed? I've found that security updates can be performed automatically (with yum or kplice) but our company does not uses automatic updates. Pls provide some method to query which update has been installed.
