Security Policy - PCI-DSS

I am doing a fresh install of Oracle Linux 7.2. At the beginning, I choose PCI-DSS v3 as a Security Policy. Now that the install is complete, it seems that none of the pci recommendations have been applied? I thought by choosing PCI_DSS, the install would apply most/all of the security changes. Am I misunderstanding what a security profile is?
