Security Failed for package WWV.flow.accept

Good Day everyone,

I am new to Oracle Apex and need your support, I created the application, and it failed with below security reasons, how can I handled these issues please help,

please note that mostly issues coming from Workspace sign-in page, not the one I Developed.
