Security Breach

Hi .. My problem is someone has logged into oracle applications and changed their details. But the user they logged in as is not the person..

I only know the username + Date:time and what change was made... Is there a file that stores IP Addresses that when someone connects to oracle applications
i can trace what ip address they logged in from.....
