Currently anyone who has Project Manager access on a project has the ability to change the payment method for a Subcontractor on the Edit Payment Status Screen from TPA to ACH. They also have the ability to disable/enable TPA enrollment in the Edit Settings for each Subcontractor. This has lead to users changing setting who should not have the ability to change any TPA settings. Ideally any TPA setting changes would be restricted to only users who have Manage TPA access on the user level.
