Secure Global Desktop version 4.4 still uses vulnerable Apache version

Secure Global Desktop version 4.4 still uses Apache verison 1.3.36, which is vulnerable to the off-by-one buffer overflow in the mod_rewrtite module. Why hasn't Sun incorporated at least version 1.3.37?
