secfile.txt not populating

Hi,

Have had this command working in development environment but when switching to Production it does not populate the secfile.txt, standard export routine as per admin guide

ExportSecurity.cmd /A="APPNAME",/U="ADMIN_AC",/P="PASSWORD"

The security itself is working fine, has been applied to a number of dimensions and forms. For some reason it will not export.

Any ideas ?
