Search the accented characters

Hello everyone,

We have a column, which has the accent. But when we do the search we'd like to use the unaccented character.
For example, when we type in "ALKARAKPEI", we want to get "ALKARAKPEI" and "ALKARAKPËI".

ALKARAKPËI => ALKARAKPEI
DIKPÖR => DIKPOR

Please give me some suggestion and ideal...
