Search Query Parameter `code` is no longer filtering out entries that do not match

Kenny LNov 8 2024

Background Information:

When I attempt GET https://fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/Observation?patient=12724065&category=laboratory&_count=50&code=http://loinc.org|2160-0&date=ge2023-10-08&date=le2024-11-07 previously, it would only return the entries with the matching LOINC code.

Previously, only the matching entries were returned. However, now all entries are being returned even if they do not match the specified search query parameter. I've followed the documentation when constructing the URL.
