search_condition in user_constraints

Hello !

I would like to know how to do a select statement like this :

SELECT * FROM USER_CONSTRAINTS WHERE SEARCH_CONDITION = 'COL BETWEEN 0 AND 15';

I 'm using Oracle 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0.
