can someone kindly let me know whether sdo_util.validate_wktgeometry does the same validations as sdo_geom.validate_geometry_with_context?
in other words, when seeking to validate a shape that is coming in as wkt and will be transformed into sdo then is running sdo_util.validate_wktgeometry against the wkt representation sufficient? or should sdo_geom.validate_geometry_with_context be run on the sdo object subsequent to transformation from wkt?
