SDE feature class

Hi,

I have one line sde feature class and another point sdo feature class and want to use them in a pl/sql procedure to perform distance spatial analysis using oracle spatial operator. Does anyone could help me how can i achive this task. Do i need to convert sde feature class to sdo format before analysis. Any help would be greatly appretiated.
