SCWCD for 1.5 certification

Hi sir,
1) When can we expect the exam for SCWCD 1.5 exam conducted by SUN? (Please tell me atleast average date of release , since SCJP1.5 is already released)
2)I have cleared SCJP 1.4 , If SUN have launched SCWCD 1.5 can I write SCWCD Exam directly for 1.5 version? (since SCJP is a prerequisite to SCWCD, the version matters or not ?).
