Scrolling to the end of your results

After you issue a query in the sql worksheet, is there a way to navigate to the last record returned? I have tried clicking on the results and then doing a [ctrl] + [shift] + [end] but that seems to only fetch the next 25 rows. I have also tried dragging the scroll bar to the bottom, that also seems to only fetch the next couple rows.
