Scrolling text

Hi,

I would like to scroll text say, "Welcome to the World of Oracle". I'm using forms 6i. It should scroll from RIGHT TO LEFT. The scrolling text should scroll continueously from RIGHT TO LEFT.

It would be very useful It any one could give me a sample Code along.
