Scroll wheel on mouse does not work in database diagram on Windows 7
I was using jDeveloper 11.1.1.4 to create database diagrams and designs. I have found that when I try to scroll up and down in the diagram using the mouse wheel it will scroll down but not up. When i try to scroll up the diagram appers to shake up and down and not move up. I thought it was a general bug with the product. However i had a chance to run 11.1.1.4 on a windows XP installation and the mouse scroll wheel worked fine. I had my laptop upgraded to Windows 7 and the scroll problem returnd. So it appers the problem is a combination of Windows 7 and jDeveloper 11.1.1.4.
