Scroll bars

Hi,

I have a content canvas + a stacked one.
the stacked canvas has both scroll bars (horizontal + vertical)... When i scroll using the vertical one, items prompt go up & disappear..

Is there a way to make their positions fixed even when the user scrolls down?
I don't want to place graphic texts in the content canvas above the stacked , because I need to change the prompt of some of them at run time.
