script to restore rman backup from Tape.

Hi All,

I have oracle database 10.2.0 database with rman incremental backup to Tape daily during off peak hours.

I want to restore set of archivelogs from seq 100 to 150 from tape.
Also I want to restore backup of previous day from Tape.

Could you help me out with the scripts....what rman command used exactly for both the above scenarios ?
