Script to display expired/locked SSO/Portal accounts

I've checked everywhere I can find and I haven't run into a script that will show me what SSO accounts are expired or Locked for Portal users. I would also like to create a script to show last Password change, so I can see which accounts are about to expire. Anyone got an example script that does this? TIA.
