SCRIPT to delete instances(Running With Faults) In oracle SOA

Hi,

We are using SOA 11g 11.1.1.7 In our Production,currently we are manually deleting the instances which are "Running with faults state". We decided to do purging strategy to be automated.

So can anyone help me this what should be approach to do automation.
