script to compare two databases stored procedures and functions

Hi,
I've got 2 different databases.
I'm searching for a script which exports in a file all the stored procedures and functions so that I can execute this in each database to compare the stored procedures ?

Is there another ( free, cause I know that there is DBtools ) way to compare database ? ( comparing other objects ... )
