script passed in OpenScript but failed in Test Manager

Vicki M.Mar 26 2015 — edited Jul 22 2015

We upgraded to Test Manager in January to 12.4.0.2.0 build 129.  Recently we went through training on how to create a script in OpenScript but run it in Test Manager.  I followed the directions but I'm having problems getting it to work.  Originally, I make the services manual from automatic for Oracle ATS Agent on our server where this is installed and ran the cmd - D:\oracleats\agentmanager\bin\agentmanagerservice.exe -c D:\oracleats\agentmanager\bin\agentmanagerservice.conf.  I do have a question on this command.  Does it have to be done every time you run the process in Test Manager or is this a one-time thing?

I made sure our existing script ran in OpenScript and it passed.  Then I created the test in Test Manager as type Oracle OpenScript with the appropriate databank, etc. and ran it but the test failed.  When I select the history, it shows there is no report for this test.  I did some research on the Internet but didn't find an answer to why this happened.  If anyone knows or needs additional information, please let me know.

Thanks,

Vicki
