Screenshots in Openscript Functional Testing are captured in Grey Window

During playback, Open script have to capture few screenshots in some points, where we have used code forms.capturescreenshot(); and screenshots are captured in results. But, few are captured correctly with content and few are captured in Grey window and no content is viewable.

We have used OATS 12.4 and 12.5, both are having the same issue. Please suggest
