Screen location to create flexfield of HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS table?

I need to fill data in attribute1 of HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS table.

But I don't know ubication the screen in the Oracle ERP Cloud to do the flexfield

Does anyone know in which screen I should place the flexfield to fill the attribute1 of that table?
