Screen flashing problem on thin client

Dear all,

I have a web database application written in html, javascript, jsp, servlet, javabean and java. On the thin client (workstation without processor using to server memory resources), there is severe flashing problem on the data entry screen. On the client with CPU, there is no such problem.

1. Is it caused by architecture design problem ?
2. What is the actual cause of the screen flashing problem ?
3. What is the solutions for this problem ?

I hope someone can advise on this flashing problems. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
