scott/tiger and hr schema

Hi

I installed oracle 11g on my local computer and able to connect as sys as sysdba but ia m not able to connecta s scott tiger and am not able to see the hr schema . I did the following

I saw online and I ran the script in utlsampl.sql and followd the procedure in http://www.orafaq.com/wiki/Scott but i am getting error as invalid logon.

Also how cna i run queries against hr schema by default it is not installed.
