I have a table in my app called news.
ID NUMBER
HEADING VC2
NEWS VC2
ACTIVE_ID NUMBER (which is y or n)

At the moment there can only be one active news item. This is set by the active_id.
The news item is displayed on the home page using a marquee.

Ideally I would like to display the news items (more than one) in a region and for the items to scoll automatically up, showing the heading and news.

Any ideas please
