Hi All,

Db - 11.2.0.3

OS- OEL 6.5

In one of my database current_scn value is not changing it remains fixed to this value  from last 5 days(Development database)

SQL> select current_scn from v$database;

CURRENT_SCN

-----------

1.2205E+13

same is on datafile checkpoint headers,Database is not in backup mode.so what may be reason for  scn not  increasing .Db is in no archivelog mode.

There are no errors in alert log file but have lot of incremental checkpoints.
