scn format

Hello all,
It's a basic question I'm sure.

In the alert.log file, SCN is mentioned in HEX format I guess like this 0x0005.13da84ac

I wanted to pin point this SCN in LogMiner but the LogMiner uses normal decimal format for the SCN like this 26576761554.

How can I convert 0x0005.13da84ac into normal decimal number?
