schme size did not increase after inset data

Hi

I have working 11G.our application working Dot net and orcle 11g..problem is schema size did not increase after inset data



1.First time inset data from application first 10 record(data).I did check the schema size in 11G ,size is 339.9375 MB

2.second time 10 records(data) inset from application(.net),i did check the schema size in 11G ,size 340.1875 MB

3. Another 20 record inset from application(.net), Now check scheme size and table space size both are not increase.Now size is 340.1875 MB

What is reason . please help me
