Schematica Should Provide Schematic Name in The Patches Table

Current Limitation

In patches table, the description field only shows "Schematic Build", but does not indicate which map is generated.

Proposed Enhancement

Provide the name of the schematic map generated for the patch in the description field of the patches table.
