APEX

Hello,

I had HTMLDB 1.5 before. I upgraded to 2.2. I had a previous workspace with schema assigned SCOTT.

Now after upgrading, when I try to create a workspace and try to assign SCOTT as the schema, it gives me this error message

2 errors have occurred
o Schema already exists.
o Schema is reserved or restricted
Is this a bug of APEX?

Even in the create workspace wizard, it gives me only the following options to select schema. There is not SCOTT here?

If Scott is a restricted schema, then how was I able to create a workspace and assign scott as a schema that time. In short does restricted schema mean that you can assign it to only one workspace?????
