Scheduling every 30 minutes is not working ,it runs every 60 minutes instead

Hallo every one ,

I have created a schedule and I wanted to be executed every 30 minutes as attached. But I noticed that it will be executed only each hour next execution time is 5:30:02PM and the next is 6:30:02 PM ...etc.
What is the mistake I did in scheduling setting?
