Scheduling Agent showing "ERROR ODI-1162 Scheduled task failed with id **** of work repository"

We had created an agent and scheduled, agent is working and running the scheduler as per scheduled time but the following error showing in the command prompt of the agent.

ERROR ODI-1162 Scheduled task failed with id **** of work repository. Also I am unable to view the schedule in the Topology-Agent. getting error unable to connect to agent . Any idea?
