Scheduler Jobs impact DB Performance Issue

Team,
Suppose Scheduler Jobs are causing DB Performance issues, Where or which logs i need to look into it ?
APPL Team is complaining that, some jobs are causing performance issue around 12 a.m. to 1 a.m.
but how do i track it ?
Please throw some light on this..
