Schedule automatic export of data to csv file

I know that in SQL Developer I can look at a table data, right click and do Export to CSV. Is there anyway to generate a script or package (similar to Miscrosoft SQL Express Manager) to automate this process?
I'm fairly new to oracle so bare with me if I made this confusing.
