sccli: /dev/es/ses3: device reset detected

807557Jul 13 2006 — edited Jul 13 2006
Hello,
I am configuring two StorEdge 3510 and mapping them to two T2000 machines.
But I have a problem with device names on one of the machines.
sccli -l
gives me this:
sccli: /dev/es/ses3: device reset detected
sccli: /dev/es/ses4: device reset detected
/dev/es/ses0 SUN StorEdge 3510 SN#09CB9B
/dev/es/ses1 SUN StorEdge 3510 SN#09CB00
These device names are not correct!!!

But after reboot - -r the device names are changes to correct name:
 /dev/rdsk/c2t0d0s0
/dev/rdsk/c3t0d0s0
How to do this renaming without reboot - -r ???
I will appreciate any help.
Thanx
