Scatter Chart - Set Offset or Overflow for overlapping labels

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to set an offset or overflow for the Data-Labels?

My problem is that the labels overlap and you can no longer read them (Image 1). My idea is to place the labels one after the other below and above the data points (Image 2), is this possible with the initialization function?

I would be very grateful for any advice!
