saw.dll download

We have installed obiee 10.1.3.4.2 on a windows server 2008 64 bit machine and we are using IIS. The default presentation services url (http://localhost:9704//analytics/saw.dll?Dashboard) works but if we have a custom url (domainname/analytics/saw/dll?Dashboard) we get a dialog box prompting to open/save the saw.dll file instead of the login screen.

Any idea on why this message pops up and how can we fix this?
