sar prstat CPU usage

Hello everybody,

sar -u 10 10:
does this mean that reported values are those on those instants or an average over the previous interval. I mean, do they measure a point in time or over an interval ?

prstat -a 10:
same question

Thanks for any help, I'm just going crazy about this because it seems to me that the two tools give completely different result about CPU usage
