sar and mpstat showing contradictory outputs

hi all,

I have a LINUX machine with oracle 9i installed on it.I used SAR,MPSTAT,VMSTAT and IOSTAT to find the CPU utilization.The SAR result is different from others,Why is that?Compare the "%idle".

other commands outputs also similar to MPSTAT
can someone explain me as early as possible.
