SAP to EPM requirements

Hi,

What are the requirements for SAP to EPM integration. According to my knowledge i want these things:

1) Installed FDMEE

2) SAP fdmee adapter (Bristlecone adapter)

i) is this adapter free? or do i have to pay for SAP fdmee adapter.

ii) i have to add SAP adapter in data management->setup->register->source adapter? correct?

3) What things i need from SAP GL side? never seen SAP before.
