SAP Reconiliation Error out with number of connection exhausted

Hi Everyone, It would be appreciable if some one could help me on resolving the below error for SAP recon in Oracle Waveset IDM.

Error while reconciling accountId DESCHMII on resource SAPQSR400:
com.waveset.util.WavesetException: An error occurred starting the connection. com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: Connection pool qsrap00.am.sony.com:psadmin:400:65:qsrap00.am.sony.com:3365 is exhausted. The current pool size limit (max connections) is 10 connections.
