Is there a sandbox server for this type of application? My application makes calls to a server of the form : “http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/discern/p1234.site.cernerasp.com”

I am a developer that has inherited a legacy application that uses CCL scripts in an mpages (Millenium Pages?) application. All previous development knowledge has been lost and was not passed to me.
