Question: Trying to create a Console code App for a Sandbox and not sure where to select the environment as Sandbox. Able to successfully create the Production environment and need help on how-to create Sandbox environment and receive the URLs (AUTH_URL, TOKEN_URL, FHIR_BASE_URL).
