How do I sign up for a sandbox account? The reason I ask is because when I created an application there was no where to pick sandbox or production, but I received an email when I created a new application and it said:
Account name: CERN_OPEN:SMART_FHIR:WQR2OHWC:ONYXCAP:PROD
Also, another question was how do I go ahead and get my application whitelisted?
