Same sql id generates 29 different execution plan in oracle 19c

Hi Guru's,

I have come across an issue that same sql_id generating more than 20 different execution plans on the same database. I have to find reason behind why the same sql id is not using same plan.

One thing to note the this query is based on views and not the tables directly.

Please need your help in this regards,

database Version 19.3.0.0.0
