SAM-QFS Has Been Re-branded to "Oracle Hierarchical Storage Manager (HSM) and StorageTek QFS Softwar

Due to recent enhancements and importance within Oracle's storage portfolio, StorageTek Storage Archive Manager (SAM-QFS)

has been renamed to Oracle Hierarchical Storage Manager (Oracle HSM).

The initial release under this new product name will be the Oracle Hierarchical Storage Manager (HSM) and StorageTek QFS Software 6.0 release.

Please note that the functionality of the new Oracle HSM 6.0 release is identical, in features and bug fix content, to that of the SAM-QFS 5.4-02 release, which also was just made available this week.
