saaj-impl.jar and saaj-api-1.3

I want to know whether saaj-impl.jar and saaj-api-1.3 jars are free ones or have any kind of license . I have downloaded these jars from
[http://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/wsit/saaj-impl.jar.htm] and
[http://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/wsit/Downloadsaajapijar.htm]. Please advice me on this.
