RWRBE60.exe - Application Error

I have created a report passing a Record Group to Reports from screen and it working well.But at the time of trying to preview the report with different records
and when ever closing previewer to preview another report with different records, now and then errors message displays like as

:RWRBE60.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x77fcca36" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

When I click on OK then another message display as

:RWRBE60.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x77fcb3ad" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program

After Click on OK the report calling form become hang and disable and I had to end task from windows Task manager to rid of from here.

Software:
Forms 6.0.8.8.0
Reports 6.0.8.8.3
Oracle 9i(res. 2)
Windows 2000 (pro)

May I get help from anyone?
